The CYO participates in a variety of athletic leagues sponsored by the Archdiocesan CYO/Youth Ministry Office. Sports offered include:
Co-ed Volleyball, Co-ed Cabbageball, Boys' Flag Football, Girls' Flag Football, Boys' Basketball, and Girls' Basketball.
Teens listed on their high school's varsity or JV roster with the LHSAA are not eligible for that specific sport in CYO. All other teens are invited and encouraged to get involved as a way to meet other teens, compete in an atmosphere of Christian sportsmanship, and enjoy some recreation time.

Besides St. Dominic, we have games scheduled at St. Angela Merici in Metairie (off Veterans Blvd.) and Our Lady of Lourdes in Violet. For the games at Lourdes you MUST allow approximately 1 hour from St. Dominic. There is no grace period, and if we do not have enough players present at the start time, we forfeit. If we forfeit, every player on the team is assessed a $10 penalty fee. Please arrange your own transportation.
Directions to Lourdes: Take I-10 east to I-510, then south to Chalmette. I-10 becomes Paris Road. Take a left onto Judge Perez Drive and continue through Chalmette and eventually into Violet. Our Lady of Lourdes will be on your right. The address is 2621 Colonial Blvd, Violet.
